Is this HIPAA compliant?

No protected health information ever reaches us. The app works with no account and no name, and journals stay on the person's device. There is nothing to sign because there is nothing to share.

What's the catch on "free"?

The whole program is free — every tool, and all ninety days on every track. There is nothing to buy, no card, and no ads anywhere. Friendly, the AI companion, is not sold: it runs on a small private list, so your clients are never asked for money and never pushed toward anything.
